DebateTech is returning to Here East in full force on 5 February.

All of the main candidates for the London mayoral election will take part in a tech hustings to discuss how they’ll support the city’s tech sector, before they’re joined by industry leaders, investors and media to debate the big tech issues.

You can expect to hear from these candidates:

• Sadiq Khan, Labour Party
• Shaun Bailey, Conservative Party
• Siân Berry, Green Party
• Rory Stewart, Independent
• Siobhan Benita, Liberal Democrat Party
• Dr Sue Black, Women’s Equality Party

The original DebateTech in 2016 saw all mayoral candidates commit to delivering the policy recommendations laid out in the Mayoral Technology Manifesto – which included installing London’s first chief digital officer.
